He has been roped off of, been a turn back horse, ranch sorted, team penned, and flagged off of at ropings. Pueblo rides with a one hand neck rein, good back up, and stop. He will flex, travels very smooth at the walk, has a trot that is very comfortable, and a canter that is nice and easy. Pueblo will let you open/close gates off of him, carry a flag, walk in water, down streams, up/across/down deep ditches/ravines, over fallen trees, thru thick brush, in the woods with no spook. He has the disposition and attitude to adapt to many prospects such as; drill team, polo, play days, barrels, poles, ranch rodeo, trail competitions, mounted patrol, queens contest, English, walk-trot, lead line, or a lesson horse. Pueblo is the goto horse if you need to move cattle, go to the arena to sort/pen, babysit the kids through play days, or let your novice friends and guests have a pleasureable ride. Pueblo will be the same horse if left in a stall, turned out, ridden every day or every 60 days. He has great ground manners, he will stand untied (or tied) for bathing, grooming, saddling/tacking up, and picking his feet. He stands very well for the farrier, mounting from the ground or a block, he is easy to catch, loads great, and hauls quiet. He is kid friendly, dog friendly, and gets along very well with other horses. Pueblo is a beautiful shiny bay with no white what so ever, black legs from the knees and hocks down, a thick black mane and a long tail that almost touches the ground. He has a very nice head, kind gentle eyes, good neck, strong shoulders, nice wither, straight back, and wide hips and chest. He is a great size for a larger/taller rider.
